We can offer a variety of bar options to suit your requirements.

  • Standard pay bar, where guests purchase their drinks at the bar.
  • Pre paid bar, where drinks would be free to your guests.
  • Bar tab, where we can run up a tab to an agreed limit or time.
  • Wedding drinks service
    • Welcome drinks on arrival
    • Champagne or Sparkling Wine for toasts
    • Table wines to accompany the meal

We provide a complete bar service including all glassware or plastic if required and experienced smart bar staff.

Licences

Unless your venue has a premises licence that includes the sale of alcohol, a temporary event notice must be obtained for your event. However you need not worry about this as once we have received your completed booking form, we can complete the application form and apply to the licensing authority for the temporary event notice on your behalf, for a current charge of £21. (set by the local authority)

In the unlikely event that the licence is not granted or we need to make any amendments to it, we will notify you immediately. Please note we require a minimum of 21 days notice to apply for the licence, alternatively you can apply for the licence yourself.

Peace of mind

The owners of Mobile Bar Solutions are personal licence holders (BIIAB level 2 National Certificate) and support the sensible drinking initiatives and uphold the four key licensing objectives

Our Bars

All our bars are equipped with modern equipment ensuring all of the products served are at the right temperature even on the hottest of days.

We have a variety of bars to suit all occasions and the smaller bars can be set up and removed on the same day if necessary.

Our bars range in size from 6ft to 54ft catering for both small and large events.

All our bars are built up on site and are of wooden design making it possible to have a bar in almost any location.

The bars pictured in our gallery have been hand built by us and are not used by any other company.

All our bars are dressed using professional bar kit including bar runners, straws, ice and fruit

We can also serve cask ales if the conditions allow.
